I am really into fashion and I try to stay on top, but they don't really have any adorable clothes for like a 13 year old. I love Old Navy but I want to try something even better. I don't know what though. I don't wear like any make up, a little blush, little maskara, and lip gloss. Do you think that is good? Than for hair I have about medium length with bangs (cute bangs though) which I sraighten. I'm not a freak about caring what others think about me, I just want to look cute.

and yh i dont wear make up at all and some girls in my class do wear make-up but i dont care cuzmake-up doesnt make you look prettier it just makes ur skin worse, especially when ur 13 u buy cheap make up and it makes it horrible.
Dont think im a nerd cuz most people think of me and other girls who dont wear make-up better than of the others, cuz like everyone thinks they are losers cuz they are so stupid and dummmmmmmmmmm

I was 13 last year so yeah :) Believe me you think alot of makeup looks good but it seriously doesn't boys make fun of you lol. and you should try Abercrombie. If you want to impress everyone or something, buy Juicy Couture jewelery. And always have a designer purse. Juicy Couture ones are really cheap.

forever 21 is totally awesome!!! now for me (since i'm 13 too) i just have really cute clothes that i get from regular stores, like kohl's or mervyn's or something. just choose brands of clothing. dickies is sorta cute, and this brand called self-esteem has really cute tops. donna karen new york (or dkny) is really cute too. now the most important thing is the total overall affect of the outfit. so accessorize!!!!! have really cute jewelry to match with it. i suggest claire's, pinkheart accessories, and charlotte russe.

My suggestion is start something new. People notice you when you're different. Right now, I'm beginning to notice people wearing camisoles and tank tops on top of t-shirts and polos... Maybe something like that.
To be honest, the name of the store doesn't really matter that much-- just find things that fit you well and that you think look good in.
I think accesories really make an outfit. Try stocking up on cute necklaces and bangles. Vanity is a great place to look, but you can find things everywhere (try Kohls too!).
As far as I know, makeup is sort of overkill. A little bit, like you said you wear, is just right, if you must wear any at all. I've found that people don't notice if you don't wear makeup, but they certainly will notice if you wear too much.
It sounds like you have the same kind of hair as my best friend. Headbands look really cute if you pull your bangs out into the front, and the classic half-up, half-down is always nice.
Just be creative and try to stand out!
