Classy clothes?

Can anyone tell me which stores or such sell 'classy' clothing, that a 7th grader would be able to wear without looking weird, by classy I mean elegant, modest, sophisticated yet still in style and fashion.

So, you can tell me which stores sell these types of clothes, or you can just tell me what outfits I should wear[by either description, links, pictures, etc, whichever you prefer].

I'll add more details for it to be easier to answer:

I am 5'2, slender-but-curvy, have an oval face, I have a skin tone between pale-olive, brown[dark] eyes and medium dark brown hair.

im the same way! i love wearing classy, elegant clothes..but with a modern twist. you can find a lot of stuff @ forever 21...maybe try a fitted blazer with a girly graphic t shirt and wear jeans

Try B Moss. They have really nice, classy clothing for young women. Their styles are a little more casual than dressy, but they are really nice things that look like more expensive fashions.
