Should I get side swept bangs?

((This is my first time in Yahoo! Answer.)) xD Anyways, school is starting soon and I'm starting on a clean slate: new school, no old friends, and becoming a freshman. I used to always wear my hair parted and in a low ponytail. So, I wanted to try something new and my friend suggested side swept bangs. I have brown hair that is in a medium shade, wavy ((somtimes it gets frizzy)), and is 3/4 down my back ((long length)). I also have a roundish face. I was wondering if side swept bangs would fit my look. Also, if you wouldn't mind, can you give me pictures of specific styles and tips for the style? Thankies!

Should I get side swept bangs?

side bangs would b cute with a side part or even get straight bangs across the face. it sounds like that would b a cute cahnge and very high fashion : ]]

my daughter did this and she doesnt like bangs ans she looks great. She is 19, and happy with the result. Remember you hair will alway grow back.

i personally don't like side bangs, because they are kinda pointless, the just sit on the side and i u always have to move em out of ur eyes, so i would get layered bangs.

that is what i have right now, and it looks awesome, i also have layers....

well GOOD LUCK! as far as the new school and stuff!

no LAYERED bangs are pointless, side swept bangs accentuate your face. and after a week, it'll form around your face, so where it hugs and rounds out your face. it's really really pretty. my hair was to my booty, but i got it cut to brastrap length, dyed it, layered it, and got the side swept bangs to a lil under my lips. i was nervous about it, but i looove my hair. my hair has so much volume now =)

i know you've just been growing it and having trouble just maintaining it lol.. put some life back into your hair! =)

go for it......i got them after having long straight hair,,,for ever...they will take some gettingused to...i almost hated it when i got them, but you will have to get used to doing them. I missed the pony tail thing...but I learned to style them, even just a cute bobby pin, when i didn;t want to curl them...i liked it..it was different. I even looked younger for a few....hmmm... i may keep them for ever... :)
