its hard to style your hair if its really that damaged. try conditioning it first and then youll see its so much easier to style it when its soft and silky.

put some conditioner ( any conditioner will do) on dry hair (before shower) and leave it for as long as you can (1 hour is good enough) then just rinse it off with cold water. its gonna leave your hair soft and shiny. do it twice a week and youll see the difference.

before styling use frizz-ease from john frieda, its gonna make all those fly aways dissapear. good luck :)

NO!! don't use pantene!! It's the worst!! Go to your local drug store and go to the aisle where they sell salon shampoos and conditioners, I have almost the same problem as you do, only i don't have breakage, right now i use Bed Head Self Absorbed shampoo and conditioner. Well, you can choose something for frizzy, damaged, and dry hair. But, never buy those regular cheap shampoos like Pantene, dove, or fructis, etc.... Good Luck!!

Aloe Vera,is a good remedy for dry hair. It is obtained from the leaves of the Aloe Vera plant. Break the leaf and squeeze out the liquid inside, apply this liquid to your scalp, keep for about an hour and wash it off . Check out http://solutionsfordryhair.blogspot.com/ for more info.
